Care and Welfare Foundation believes that the future of our country lies in the hands of socially responsible youth. Our mission is to inspire and empower young individuals to take ownership of societal challenges and actively work toward resolving them. We promote weekend volunteering as a meaningful way to engage with communities and instill values of empathy, leadership, and civic responsibility. Through hands-on social initiatives, educational outreach, and community programs, we provide a platform for youngsters to become catalysts for change. We conduct regular training sessions to equip our volunteers with essential skills such as teamwork, leadership, risk management, and effective communication, shaping them with care and purpose like a potter shaping clay. Education is at the heart of our efforts—we visit government schools, mentor students, conduct value-based sessions, and create opportunities for children to discover and develop their potential.
Our focus is not just academic success, but also life readiness, teaching students the difference between right and wrong and helping them build strong moral foundations. Every volunteer’s voice matters in our organization, and we ensure an inclusive, collaborative environment where ideas are shared and respected.
